Development of Recovery Well RW 16B was performed. In addition, the on-site two-foot cut and backfill along the eastern fence line of the electric substation was completed. Common fill material deliveries and grading activities continued to support the Cap construction.  National Grid’s consulting engineer conducted noise and vibration monitoring activities, as necessary.
